Willard Grade Center

At Willard Grade Center, we are committed to guiding our 5th and 6th grade students as they complete their elementary education and prepare for the transition to junior high. With an enrollment of approximately 400 students, our school opens each day at 7:15 a.m., offering a supportive and engaging environment. 

We offer many exciting opportunities for our students at Willard Grade Center. Through Individual Career Academic Planning (ICAP), we ensure each student is prepared academically and personally for future challenges. To support personalized learning, we utilize a variety of computer-based programs such as Accelerated Reader, IXL, and STAR Math. In addition to academics, Willard provides a wide range of extracurricular activities designed to help students explore their interests and develop teamwork skills. These include basketball, track, academic team, art, performing arts, STEM, band,  and robotics. One of our most treasured traditions is the annual 6th-grade trip to Camp Goddard, held during the first week of May. This outdoor classroom experience is one of Ada City Schools’ oldest and most prestigious programs, giving students a unique opportunity to connect with nature and learn beyond the classroom.
